a move into tv production

​Following over 10 years of experience in Radio and Theatre production, in 2021 I began working in TV, first as a production manager on 2 very different documentaries, one scientific and one historical for TG4 and RTE. I later upskilled to the role of producer, working with the Director, Ciara Hyland and Wonderpics on several cutting-edge historical documentaries for TG4. Most recently, I co-created and produced a highly innovative 10-part TV drama series for young people. Shot almost entirely using Unreal Engine and a Virtual Production workflow, this series is due to be delivered to TG4 in June 2025! A 2023 alumni of TUD and Screen Ireland's Certificate in Advanced Producing  for TV & Film, I can safely say that there has been a lot of hard graft as well as some good luck and the kind support of others to get me to this point in my TV career. New innovative TV drama series for kids

​This current production is due to be delivered to TG4 in June 2025 so watch this space! Working with Writer/Director, Ciara Hyland, together we are co-creators and producers of this new drama series, Am Abú.  It is a funny, surreal, historical drama series for kids aged 8 to 12 years. What’s especially innovative about this new show is that it is shot almost entirely using Unreal Engine and a Virtual Production workflow.
