Welcome

Thanks for dropping by. Here you will find details and samples of my work and that of the Seoid Productions creative team. I am a writer and producer based in Cork city. Over the last 5 years I have worked mainly in TV as documentary producer, and more recently as co-creator/showrunner/producer of drama. Prior to this, I have also written and produced numerous radio drama for young people, theatre for adults and poetry.

What’s New?
Over the last 12 months, I have been busy co-creating and producing a new and innovative TV drama series for young people. With development funding initially from TG4, we secured full production funding in 2024. This series was shot almost entirely using Unreal Engine and a Virtual Production workflow. We are hugely proud of all of the team involved especially as this is the first drama production for young people to be shot in this format in Ireland. Currently in post-production, this series, Am Abú! will be delivered to TG4 in June 2025.

Recently, I worked as producer on a two-part historical documentary, De Valera san Fhásach/De Valera The Wilderness Years, a Wonderpics Production which was broadcast on TG4 in early 2025. This series tells the story of de Valera’s Wilderness years, 1924 – 1926, the revolutionary women who helped him create a spectacular political comeback and the ultimate betrayal of these women by de Valera. You can watch this here on the TG4 player

Also, super excited as I have just sent off my first book manuscript to publishers! Adapted from my radio drama
The Lonely Flower, the book version has even more tales to tell.

She upskilled and began producing with WonderPics on a number of other cutting edge historical documentaries for TG4.

She co-created and produced a highly innovative TV drama series for young people  due to be broadcast on TG4 in late 2025.

She is a 2023 alumni of TUD and Screen Ireland's Masters Level Certificate in Advanced Producing  for TV & Film. What a journey so far, thanks to the support of a lot of talented people and organisations along the way!
